Community Over Competition

We believe that by working together, neurodiversity-affirming clinicians can combat the isolation often felt in private practice and provide higher quality, more accessible identity-affirming care. Here you will find our mission, our vision for the future, and the values that guide our community-focused approach to mental health.

Our Mission

We aim to provide compassionate and affirming mental health services, while creating a supportive, collaborative, and resourced environment for independent practitioners serving neurodivergent and marginalized communities.

Our Vision

Grow throughout a graduated learning experience with focus on your theory of change of choice and how to incorporate that all the way from treatment planning to interventions to clinical documentation.

Our Values

We are guided by principles of collaboration, inclusivity, social justice, transparency, and a profound respect for the diversity of human experience.

Understanding Our Developing
Business Cooperative Model

Discover how this model empowers our members, fosters shared success, and creates a truly collaborative environment for mental health professionals.
We believe that everyone should feel accepted for exactly who they are.

What is a cooperative?

A cooperative is an autonomous association of persons or businesses united voluntarily to meet their common economic, social, and cultural needs and aspirations through a jointly-owned and democratically-controlled enterprise. Unlike traditional businesses focused on shareholder profit, cooperatives prioritize the needs of their members.

For mental health professionals, this means you’re not just an employee or a tenant; you are a co-owner with a voice in how the collective operates. This structure fosters shared responsibility, mutual support, and a direct stake in the success of the entire community.

How do I benefit as a member?

R

Shared Ownership & Voice

As a member, you have a direct say in key decisions, from accepting new members to budgeting for office spaces and marketing efforts. Your voice directly shapes the collective’s future.
R

Members contribute to operating expenses through transparent fees and benefit from profit and equity sharing, aligning your financial success with the collective’s.
R

Collaborative Community

You become part of a supportive network of neurodiversity-affirming peers and businesses. This includes peer consultation groups, mentorship, and opportunities to build a robust referral network.
R

Reduced Administrative Burden

We believe that everyone should feel accepted for exactly who they are.
