Dr. Rachel Hughes (she/they) is a co-founder and board member of Divergent Minds Collective. She is a compassionate and experienced therapist specializing in supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ people of all ages and their families. With over a decade of experience, she is dedicated to creating inclusive and supportive environments for their interns.
Rachel's Supervision Philosophy
Rachel is a supervisor that roots their interns in a foundation that supports you as you explore and discover your professional and clinical identity. They support interns in developing skills in developmental, systemic, and relational frameworks with core competencies in identity-affirming care, assessment and treatment planning, intervention skills, ethical and legal practice, and crisis management.
